This is a really good shinai. However, the handle felt a little bit shorter than a regular shinai which I needed to get used to. Also, the shinai is heavier. Keep in mind that I am only a beginner, but I felt the difference in weight and in the handle. But overall, a very durable and nice shinai. Very good in practice.
